NO worries if this is your first time. It's meant to be fun! We just ask that you do have fun, come with clean hair, unless you are a for sure makeup model that we already preapproved come with your makeup done. If we use for makeup we can re-apply if needed or touch up.

Registering to be a model, does not guarantee that you will be selected. We will select models based on the categories we need filled. We may select you for main stage, a classroom, or a vendors booth. Times to be at the show will be 11:15am - 11:30am before we open, so that way we can guide you to the area you will be needed. Please allow 48hrs for us to review your info and select where we may need you based on your info. We will not do a service that you would not want.

By checking the box you are agreeing to be a model for The Beauty & Wellness Expo on Sunday Dec. 3, 2023 at the Masonic Temple in Johnstown Pa. We will discuss, after reviewing this form, with you what services we may want you to be a model for to ensure you agree as well. After discussion this form services as an agreement that you will not be compensated finically for your services. You will however get your hair, makeup, or nails done for free. If you are a clothing model you will be offered discounts if you choose to purchase the clothing afterwards. You also agree if you are unhappy with your services you will not be entitled to have it changed, fixed ,or redone.
