History
I started Gaston Graphic Studio on the simple premise of customer service and being flexible enough to provide a wide range of products to you. Customer service is a lost item these days and I wanted to change that for my customers.
When I was a younger strapping gentleman, a few years out of high school, I started out as a pressman at a commercial printing company. As the years went by, the business was sold, and a new owner took charge of the company. He didn’t seem to care about the customer service at all compared to first owner. We lost loyal customers due to the decreased service level and my livelihood went by the wayside. That is why great customer service is important to me. I know prices are important too, but if you can have one business that will treat you well, gives you updates throughout the whole process and has all the services whether you need flyers, brochures, or business cards to labels, banners, or signs that you need. I ask you then….Why would you go anywhere else?
