On August 13th, they’ll bring their “Pawns & Kings” tour to 1st Summit Arena, in support of their upcoming “Pawns & Kings” album. The influential quartet—Myles Kennedy [vocals, guitar], Mark Tremonti [guitar, vocals], Brian Marshall [bass], and Scott Phillips [drums]— went gold with their 2004 debut LP, and have built their fanbase and critical acclaim with each subsequent album – including 2007’s “Blackbird,” which earned Guitarist Magazine’s distinction of “Greatest Guitar Solo of All Time.” Subsequent albums “Fortress” (2013), “The Last Hereo” (2016), and “Walk The Sky” continued to resonate with hard and alternative rock fans alike. Their upcoming release represents the bandmates’ dedication to one another and their collective devotion to a devout fanbase.
